We ensure that every return or exchange is handled with the same care and attention to detail as the creation of our footwear.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn products in their original Bruno Magli packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are included to maintain item integrity.

  Attach the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
